Yeah huge difference. The girl should be given the same, beyond a reasonable doubt standard of proof.

Not that a guy really gets that in a trial for a sex charge. Generally speaking, I don't believe that jury's really follow that standard in sex cases. They are supposed to but a lot of those cases just come down to, who do you believe more.

Of course all it takes to charge someone and ruin their life is probable cause. Which we all know is pretty minimal.

I fucking hate the overseas game. And now they want to move a division over there? So these teams would have 8 (or 9) home games over in London, or wherever? Jesus Christ.

I realize, 3 of those would be with the other European team, but that's still 20 teams that would have to travel there every year to play against the European home teams. (Some might have to do it more than once if they draw that division and play them away) Not to mention, there would be at least one playoff team each year with the division winner. And that could possibly be another home game for them, forcing a team from the States to travel there. Then play again the following week, if they win. Can't have a bye after that long travel game like they do now.

Poor Jacksonville. The finally got a real QB and the arrow is pointing up, yet they might lose the team.
