They rotate so many defenders, makes it hard to judge any individual player. Like is the DB any good because the pass rush is insane. Is a pass rusher insane because he only plays 20 snaps? Georgia is just hard to judge.

I haven't seen his picks actually have great success in general. But he does do a great job of adding picks and moving around in the draft. Until I actually see one of their Georgia kids produce though I just have to say his scouting skills have been very overrated.

There is obviously a skill to acquiring picks. Something I wish the Cowboys could figure out. We don't give away picks but we rarely have extra. I've always been a fan of trade down, aquire future picks and if you do this you'll always have extra picks in the draft. But easier said than done.

Yea their drafts as of late haven't been amazing and Jordan Davis what pretty underwhelming last year. I'm sure at least one of Carter/Smith will be really good, but ultimately it's just backfilling guys like Cox and Graham when they inevitably retire after this year.

Yeah, the good GMing was mostly in finding suckers like the Saints to make stupid trades with you.

The core of Davis and Carter is the big takeaway.

Dean has yet to make an impact, though he's getting snaps. The other UGA players are OK, like Dean, but I think they are a little like Alabama players who are overrated by association with those great UGA defenses.

They should be, stop giving this dude future picks. You take a top 10 pick and move down and aquire a future first. You keep parlaying a trade down with that first and every year you'll have a damn extra pick. You just have to find the dummy in the room willing to trade away a future first round pick for immediate satisfaction.

Probably not and they likely won't even be as good overall.

It's a lot of projecting with defenders who didn't play a ton of snaps because of a heavy rotation. Will Anderson like doubled Jalen Carter's snap counts.

You kind of have to wonder what these guys will do with a full time role. Unless you just always intend to give them limited snaps like that.

I think they are overrated and the Eagles put too many eggs in that basket for less gain than they thought.
