Well, this game has been higher scoring than I thought.

I used to like the Jim Everett, Ellard and flipper Anderson version of the Rams....but they always lost to 49ers.

Then it got less cute.

And I ended up hating the dog.

Those are nothing new.

This actually has been a classically interesting game.

Yeah it has. I was expecting the typical crap TNF game but I've been pleasantly surprised by the quality of this game.

Phillips has their defense playing well.

And that is not with a ton of talent.

I know Donald and Quinn are considered great, but the rest of the defensive roster is suspect.

The Rams and Goff aren't afraid to push the ball down field with passes beyond 15 yards. That could spell trouble for the Cowboys beleaguered secondary.

One thing I've noticed about Goff is he needs to put a little more steam on his throws down field. His balls tend to float. Very little zip on his passes which allows DBs time to recover.

Jimmy Ward will be getting fined for that one.
