AMC saw Cranston as the dopey sitcom dad. That's why they were lukewarm on him.

Beyond Ferris Bueller, Broderick has never impressed me.
The only other thing he has done that I was even mildly impressed with was project X. Even war games was just so so as far as he went.

After mentioning Cusak, I revisited Better off Dead on Showtime. After an early string of greatness as a supporting actor, Curtis Armstrong really just fell off the map.

Yeah I can see how people who played the game feel a bit cheated and also confused.
I played the game and actually liked all the changes they’ve made this far. The “network” of underground mushrooms that links all the infected and the whole Frank/Bill backstory was great. So what if they killed Bill in this way, he was going to die anyways and they told a much broader and intriguing story.

You won’t be. It might even take the full first season, but you will get hooked eventually.
