I live near a military base that has a large NSA & Cybersecurity presence. There is a ton of regular units on the base as well but in the 6 years I've lived here, most of the military guys who get busted for kiddie porn are assigned to the those NSA and cyber units.

My theory is they think they're smarter than everyone else and assume their technical skills will hide their activity.

Hell, a little over a week ago the freaking Chief of Staff of one of the cyber units got arrested for trying to hook up with a minor. According to the news report, he drove to some town outside of Atlanta thinking he was going to meet a child under 16, but it turned out to be a law enforcement sting. He got rolled up with about 20 other pedos that weekend.
