Well, they(media) were trying their best to interject race into the covid conversation weeks ago, claiming blacks and Latinos are being infected at much higher rates than whites, so I’m positive they must be doing everything to get these people off the streets and safely in their homes.

Racial pandering aside, where is this mythical black community? Is he suggesting that blacks are a homogeneous group who all think the same? If there's a black community, it stands to reason that there's a white community. If so, what do they stand for?
