I hire employees all the time. I am never been told I have to hire white, brown, black, fat, trans, etc. But, I am limited on what I can ask them to a very real degree in the interview. We don't have "quotas".

Hell, 75% of my employees are Indian (dot). So, I'm a diverse ass Nazi.
