So who is going to pay the rent? Or would the owners of the structure just be banned from collecting it?
You know how many mortgage/real estate companies would fold? And how many people that work for those companies would lose their jobs? These people are retarded.

That is always where it lands. And the end result for this specific scenario is the lender is the one who takes the loss which is a crazy irony because without the lender nothing would be beneficial to the landlord or tennent. They both would benefit but the underwriter would suffer.
