This is Twitter stupidity at it's finest. Journalist read comments by stupid people on Twitter, asks a stupid question, then is excoriated for it by some partisan anti-media schmuck and finally posted here so you guys can all be offended. What I read is that the President stated he had authority to determine the social distancing and he does. That’s a fact. He didn’t say he would make a determination based on his knowledge or expertise. He will continue to rely on his advisers but the fact remains he has to authority to make that determination.

Uhh I was responding to the journalist talking about Big Mamas or whatever. I don't know anything about whether the President can or can't order that. If he can and is, great. If he can't and is, great. I mean it's relatively unenforceable but if people do it, great. My experience going to Home Depot has been people have gotten the message from one source or the other.

Well technically the outrage was started by the Surgeon General by using terms trifling people thought he wasn't entitled to use. So Twitter morons took to Twitter to voice their fake outrage towards the surgeon general. Then the journalist asks a stupid question based on the fake outrage and this was then posted to Twitter to generate more fake outrage, but this time in a different group of morons.

In the end, it just justifies my incredibly low opinion of Twitter. But keep posting your Twitter feed. It's a joy.
