Just called my local Sam's club about their buy online and pick up service (which I've never used before) and the girl said they're getting trucks of stuff every night, but they sell out of toilet paper in the first few minutes of opening. She said yesterday there were 200 people in line, and this is in my small city. Good god, people!
She did say today there were only like 50, so maybe it's improving. Especially since there's a limit on how much you can buy at one time.
The other day I did find paper towels at a regional hardware store, of all places. They're overpriced and the quality sucks, but at least I was able to get some.
