Seemed like the consensus was that the previous version (before Pelosi and company raped it) was mostly bipartisan and supported by both sides, so it's hard to imagine there was anything partisan in it.

Why does she have so much power over these people. Hell the bailout plan looks Democratic right off the bat. Write checks to people who don't make a lot of money to survive the rough times. But yet somehow the Democrats aren't ok with that unless their agendas get passed.

It's crazy this is about relief at a time of crisis. All the other agendas can fucking wait. There is no reason to be worrying about the green deal stuff at a time like this. Tackle the fucking monster in front of your face and stop endangering everyone with your agenda.

Kinda makes you wonder if their motivation to give people free money is about helping people or just gaining more control over them. I mean, it doesn't make me wonder. I have known for a long damn time what their motivations are.

They don’t really have a choice. They have to take advantage of every possible angle. This bill is supposed to prevent the economy from tanking. If the economy tanks, it’s in their favor. If they pass a clean bill with no bragging rights involved and it saves the economy, what do they have?

I actually saw two Democrat friends on facebook this morning claiming this is all the Republicans fault because there was a democratic version they killed long ago and that this is all about free handouts to big companies and will help no one. It blows my mind how ignorant people can be when it affirms their already formed opinion. I seriously can't make up this ignorance.
