Like that "no essential travel" decree in New Jersey... That's ridiculous. Say I want to drive to my old office location to do a workout or something. I won't even come in contact with another person, so there's no more risk than me being locked in my house. Or maybe I just want to go for a drive so I don't get cabin fever. But it's illegal. Stupid.

This is what I'm talking about. If we give up part of our rights too easily, many more rights could disappear over night. We have to be very careful here.

Jesus Christ, this world has gone fucking crazy. The flu is 100 times more deadly and we don't shut our lives down during flu season every year. Just because this one has a different name we are all suppose to freak the fuck out? This has gotten insane.

JFC stop comparing it to the current flu, the only thing they have in common is that it's a virus that spreads easily. You want to compare it, compare it to the Spanish flu, when the Flu first made it's big appearance. The current flu has been around for decades and most people have developed some type of antibodies to fend it off. Corona is brand new and there's no one with antibodies for it nor a vaccine. It can overrun any healthcare in no time.

This current strain may be new but the Corona virus has been around for years. Even 50 years ago it was referred to as the common cold virus.
