Read a little Reddit about that Michigan protest. Didn't see it labeled, but it was obviously the blue section. Everything was an insult about how the protesters are all fat, stupid, anti-Science Trump worshippers who couldn't stand to be inconvenienced.

No one asks what's wrong with driving to your own property. Worse, no one seems to understand that losing your livelihood goes far beyond an "inconvenience." No matter how Dem you are, how do you not comprehend that?

Really sad where we are.

I'm not a conspiracy guy or anything like that but it is pretty crazy how quickly the government was able to snap their fingers and take everyone's right away in the name of an emergency. And you would think the people would fight back but the government and media has everyone so terrified to dissent or not follow the restrictions that it makes you an outcast. And you see governors and other officials pushing this further and further without any real pushback.

It is sad because this situation as bad as it is still became the current choice of weapons for the Democrats to move their anti Trump campagain to and the voters of the party are still in denial that the virus is a political football or conversely it should be politicized because it’s Trumps fault that the virus got spread to the US.

If it were a conspiracy then the puppeteers miscalculated the reaction of the population of the US citizen. The majority of the country followed the lead of conforming to the government mandates and those who disagree with it still would not take up arms to divide the nation. The latter would be the conspirators choice because with the current administration the economic viability of the country is very much a part of the consideration for mandates. A divided country over conformity isn’t strong enough politically because the division of party in this country is just another day in the life of America.

Yep. And that obviously applies to even thinking slightly "Red." Amazing how the party of tolerance was, once again, full of personal insults, not debates about facts or even areas where reasonable people can disagree.

I don't wade into those waters very often, but when I do I'm always surprised at how often I see the left so worried about what the rest of the world thinks of us. It's like when you're a high school kid and you're so concerned about what the cool kids think of you. So incredibly childish.
