I thought Mahomes' toe must have been worse than a couple weeks ago, for whatever reason. The bad OL play was a factor but he didn't look like himself at all. Couldn't move like he normally does.

His OL being so recently fucked over just before this game was a death knell with the Tampa front seven peaking as it was. Playing Tampa Bay earlier this year also really hurt the Chiefs. Gave them a lot of time to prepare for Reek and Kelce

He did and that’s my point. More than these two teams probably dismissed Brady, considering Brady a team-building-process disruption. A one-year, best case two year stopgap that requires a strong supporting cast. All for what...a couple playoff appearances?
