The Dallas Cowboys obtained some reinforcements for their injury-riddled defensive line.
The Cowboys are expected to sign defensive end George Selvie today, according to a league source.
The Cowboys lost defensive end Tyrone Crawford for the season due to a torn Achilles that will require surgery.
Selvie has 42 career tackles and three sacks.
A former St. Louis Rams seventh-round draft pick, Selvie, 26, is a 6-foot-4, 270-pound former University of South Florida All-American selection and Big East Conference Defensive Player of the Year.
He was with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers earlier this offseason before being released.
He also has played for the Carolina Panthers and Jacksonville Jaguars.
