Whoa, I've driven by there many times. Was only 10 or so miles from there yesterday.

There apparently is an anticyclonic tornado less than 20 miles north of me moving south-southeast. Two super-rare things at once.

And there's another cyclonic (normal) tornado almost right next to it. Crazy.

I hope you're safe, brother.
Thanks, man. It never got really close to me.

That was an amazing phenomenon that I think will be talked about for a while, though. Anticyclonic tornadoes are rare enough, but they're usually very weak. This one had a debris ball big enough to show on radar. And chances of tornadoes were thought to be very low yesterday, but at least three formed from that one storm that turned around and went south. Very strange night.

Just glad you're good, man. Tornadoes are scary shit.

I can't post the Twitters but there is an amazing classic white tornado that formed just west of Altus, OK today. Incredible-looking, and maybe as strong as an EF-4.

I dont think it was that big but we had one 40 miles east of us. It still did some damage and a lot of people in the area without power. We got the tailing winds and rain where I live. I lost part of my fence so that is a fun added expense.

Friends of ours who trained my racehorse a few years ago decided to move to Claremore OK not long after we did.

They stay at the racetrack in a giant 5th wheel trailer. They lost their home and both trucks were totaled from the tornados last night.

Crazy.

So sad. I would say you moved to the wrong state but we have had our fair of tornadoes this year in Texas too.
