It’s also about where voting boxes are reduced, reducing mail in voting, and districts where that’s being applied.
This is just removing some that were put up just because of covid, there will still be more than there were in 2019. And the water bottle thing is they can't give out anything with slogans on it within so many ft of the actual voting center.

I support requiring an ID to vote. Making illegal to give out water is absurd.
That has always been a thing within a certain distance of a voting location. You can't try to sway a vote at a voting location. It is that way just basically everywhere.

But, regardless, how does this disproportionately affect minorities? Do they need water more than white people? These are the questions I need you to answer to support you argument.

For the record, it's not illegal to give out water. Poll workers and election officials can give out all the water they want. What's illegal is for partisans to give out water because that's obviously vote influencing.

It's almost hard to blame people for believing the lies they hear when the biased media repeat them hundreds and thousands of times.

Nice response. I see you have nothing to offer on that.
Because your response was silly at best. No president ever had gotten even close to 80 million votes, and yet this dementated fool set a record? Sure, Jan.

That said, it boggles my mind that any minority would consider voting for Biden given his history of openly racist Senate bills.
Jesus Christ, man, you need to read the fucking bill. One, mail in voting was never supposed to be a permanent thing, nor should it be. Two, the whole focused on "minority districts" is a lie.

And that's great about the new mayor of McAllen. It's almost like minorities don't want open borders and lawlessness any more than anyone else. Imagine that.

I don't care about water but how in the hell does that target minorities? Whites don't drink water?
Oh, and you also have to go through additional steps now to mail in a vote. But, guess what, all colors of people have to do this. Sucks how whites are now being suppressed from voting now.

This is why you should always read the bill yourself

Oh, and been meaning to say, why doesn't Steve Cortes run for office? I'd love to have an America First Hispanic like him. He seems perfect for the job. He's a Trump guy but much more professional and not wheels off like Trump can be.

Maybe he just doesn't want the aggravation, which I can't blame anyone for.

It should be more difficult to vote. You should be a responsible person in order to vote. It shouldn’t be as easy as licking a window.

Responsible people will plan accordingly and get their shit together if it’s that important to them.

I don't like how shady mail in voting can be. So absolutely additional steps need to me made. Sorry but having a ballot that essentially anyone could fill out doesn't make me feel comfortable at all. You need the additional security. Everyone should want this.

Him, DeSantis, Haley, or Crenshaw would all be good to me.

You should have to pass a basic civics course before you're allowed to vote

The people that don't want this are the ones that are fairly sure they would lose without them in place. Just like they would have lost in 2020 without some shady ass shit happening.

Or at least pass a course showing you how to get a fucking ID.
