Really what is the justification for having to do this? It feels like a sitting President on his way out, basically doing things intentionally to make the Country worse should be a crime. And yet they can basically do whatever they want and get away with it. But you're intentionally hurting the country.

Of course the vast majority of America will just have no idea.

This shouldn't have to be done at all, yet, here we are. I am certain there is some statute already in the books somewhere about throwing tax dollars down the toilet, but, if it is there, its been ignored for so long nobody remembers it.
