Looks big, thick and slow. Honestly his athletic ability looks more like an athletic TE than a WR to me. He is tough to tackle but I don't think he is going to get any separation at the next level.

My fear is that they saw what Dowdle did in the past 8 games and it emboldens them that they can just throw anybody back there. Meanwhile ignoring what a major difference it makes when you have guys like Barkley who are several steps above JAGs like Dowdle.

Lachey would be an excellent day three pick at TE. I honestly thought he was going to have a better year than he did. Shit QB play really held him back. Very talented kid.

I mean in 2023 he got hurt pretty bad. He was way better than Eric All who was drafted last year. But yeah injuries are a concern.
