It kept someone like Obama from being President for the rest of his life. So did it keep corruption out of the white house? No, nothing will entirely do that. But it allowed for change. Something voters are too stupid to do on their own. Sorry to say that but it's true. A guy could be in a coma and the voters would re-elect him based purely off name recognition.Ask yourselves this.
Did term limits keep corruption out of the White House or nah?
There's your answer for Congress.
If you think the Biden administration was one of the most corrupt in history but think term limits would somehow help the corruption in Congress, your thoughts are incongruent.
You give the DNC too much credit. For example they handpicked Kamala to run against Trump. But do you think she would have won the primary had there actually been one? Absolutely not. She has always been very disliked. Hell the primary against Biden she didn't even register on the radar she was so awful.
Anyway, I think you're really just arguing that term limits wouldn't change anything. If you're trying to argue that they will actually make things worse I must say I think you're out of your mind.
Anyway I'll end this by saying the DNC doesn't control elections as much as you think. Funding is important but it's not always the most well funded candidate that wins. Look no further then Trump who the RNC never really wanted as President.
