The level and volume of corruption - and that's what this sort of thing is - that has been taking place is stunning. Probably more than most of us even thought.

While true, make no mistake, Republicans are equally guilty of these actions. Don’t fool yourself into thinking that the Democrats are the only ones to do it, or that they do it more. Given that Republicans have controlled the chambers more often than the Democrats have, I’d bet it’s around 50/50. All of Washington is corrupt, not just Democrats.

But the big picture is that we have an activist judge problem. The judicial was meant to be impartial not weaponized.

If you want to talk about activist judges, look no further than the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Holy shit. It’s poisoned with them. Those assholes have been interfering with personal liberty and Second Amendment rights for decades.

I’m a Libertarian, hate Trump, and see that a lot of good things are happening. I also see dumb shit that he’s doing with things like Gaza. If he indeed continues fighting for 2A rights and stops raising my fucking taxes, I’ll be happy.

But he also knows that a judge can place a temporary block on an order to determine if it is legal. So, yes, a judge can indeed “control” an executive’s power if their actions are illegal or unconstitutional. Nonsense like his tweet is empty gaslighting.
