I think Patrick Mahomes would have made that first down.

we don't scrutinize Aikman moreso than other announcers?
That is irrelevant to the question.

I didn't give a shit when Aikman made his debut.

I give even less of a shit now with Romo.

This is one of those tipping points in Pats' games.

A score here, especially a TD, puts the Chiefs away.

God the Patriots sure are one of those teams that like to bitch at the refs after every play. I'm sure it wears on the refs and they start to call shit as a result.

I will be more visible this season, Phil.
If not Sunday, definitely make it here for Thursdays, when it's typically just Booze and me. As you can see, we're like an old married couple.

I recently got a new work wife. I'd like a new chatter wife, too.

I'm sure Gronkowski is a cool guy to hang out with or whatever, but he comes off as a massive douche.

They are the Toronto Blue Jays of the NFL.

Maybe there is some credence to Booze's conspiracy theories?
im suspicious of the announcers being able to analyze and breakdown a certain detail immediately after the play has happened. I've always thought the announcers have some sort of time advantage from the TV feed.

Which im fine with, btw, as announcers need all the help they can get to sound smaht

Well, if that's the case, on that play they managed it wrong. It is not unusual for a TE to be in the backfield pre-snap and the guy said "Looks like a trick play". At that point, it looked nothing like a trick play.

exactly. It was like a Truman Show fuck-up where we, the audience as Jim Carrey, think how the hell did he know that. Hmmmmm...

Smith is a bum.

But Reid's system is not equipped to beat good defenses.
