I agree. Now it's time to pick over the bones of what's left before they rightfully fire O'Brien and get someone in there who actually knows what they're doing. By that point, the discounts and fire sales will be over and you will have missed your opportunity to sucker that clown.
JJ Watt has two years remaining on his contract at a total cost of $33 million. Cheap compared to the current DE market (we oughta know!). The deal also includes no guaranteed money. Not for Houston to trade him, not for the team that acquires him. The only risk with the guy - and a significant one lately - is health. If he's healthy, he's still a stud player. But if you can assume that risk, he's a bargain , even at that price.
