I watched the first like 1/2 of it and got bored to be honest with you. Then went to bed. I thought it was going to be really good. I'll finish it at some point but yeah the buildup was pretty damn uninteresting.
I think it helped that I didn’t know it was a vampire movie when I started it. That happened and I went oh, really?

Total Recall is a great one. I'm adding it to mine.

Dark Knight Rises over Dark Knight?

I haven't seen Dark Knight Rises.

I know the first one is more popular, but I liked the second one better. I thought catwoman was really good and I especially liked the part where he's in prison and has to rehab his broken back and escape.

The problem is they gave away the vampire part of it too early too. By showing that farmhouse scene with the white girl and her boyfriend. Just poorly laid out in general.

I had to add Bram Stoker's Dracula to mine. Great movie that I saw in the theater 3 times.

Rev's list reminds me... I should have put Silence of the Lambs on there somewhere.

And I'm not a John Wayne fan, but the original True Grit is really good. Especially the young girl.

Speaking of westerns, hard to leave off Tombstone, too.

Been watching a lot of the 50th anniversary retrospectives. The cinematography was unbelievable.
Just noticed that on Netflix last night. Will give it a watch tonight.
