So we just got involved in other shit, but the TV tuned into something on Samsung TV called Cinevault.

I guess it has old forgotten movies and started watching this flick about Muhammed Ali, with fucking Ali telling his life story.

It is called "The Greatest". I did not know it even existed.

It is a remarkable piece of cinema.

I watched that several years ago when I was going through a "nuclear war study" phase when I was laid up with an injury. I guess that's why even though I knew it was a comedy, it still freaked me out a little.

For some reason, that movie hits harder for me is I watched it after I broke my foot in high school. I had to watch it as part of an assignment. Coolest homework I ever had.

I'm definitely going to find and watch Hard to Kill now. Never saw it.

What is the first movie you have a very distinct memory of seeing in a theater?

Mine was High Plains Drifter. That spooky opening sequence got me.

Still one of my favorite movies of all time.

I was today years old when I found out that the parents of Sean Astin are Patty Duke and the guy who played Gomez in the original The Addams Family TV series.
