It's like @NoDak said a week or so back -- it's crazy how many contenders and teams with plenty of talent just completely went cold down the stretch.

I believe the Mets have the second highest payroll in baseball. It's crazy that they didn't make it.

I still love me some playoff baseball, and for that reason, I'm really looking forward to Red Sox vs Yankees.

Been too long since we saw that rivalry in the playoffs, so wind down the next few evenings with a few cold brews while I watch that series.

Can't wait.

Every team that I route for seems to fail hard.
