From here on out I'm just hoping that we end up with our own pick somewhere in the 10-12ish range, so that we could conceivably move up for a QB or a special position player (Peter Woods in 2026, Jeremiah Smith, Dylan Stewart, etc. in 2027).

The worst thing that could happen is that we putz along winning 8-9 games this year and next, end up picking around 16-18, and just sit and pick with all 4 picks in the back half of the first.

At the very least I hope these losers put their balls on the table with all these picks for a guy like Manning or another elite QB prospect if the opportunity arises.

The organization needs to straighten out how it does extensions, but it also needs to prove a point that they aren't just going to automatically hand guys top of market deals.

Yeah but they should be proving that point with guys like Dak and Zack Martin. Not with a legitimately elite player who's done more than enough to earn the money.

Think about that. They put an extra 2 1/2 years of wear and tear on an aging player and were still able to get more in return than the retards in Dallas.
