I wouldnt say that. Iamtdg doesnt and has his reasons but Skid and I are fans. I have hope that he can be successful.
I just don't think he is going to translate to the next level unless he goes to a team that has a very solid coaching staff to coach the schoolyard mentality out of him. He abandons the pocket way too fast for the NFL level. LBers will eat his lunch at that level if he continues it.

I saw where there was a fire at the Texas Tech stadium. I didn't get any details.
It wasn't at the stadium, it was inside the construction of the new practice facility that is being built near the stadium. The slag from a welder landed on a pile of rubber roofing material and caught fire. Little fire, tons of smoke.

I felt the same way last year.

I think Watson could be very much like Dak.
There are no words to describe how grateful I am that we found him in general, and this year's shit QB class just exacerbates that.

As for Watson, there are some similarities but I don't think he's as good of a decision maker with the ball, nor does he have the innate pocket presence that Dak seems to have.

Don't agree about the decision making part because I had those questions about Dak as well.

I think he will be more of a playmaker at QB, now that can be good and bad but I don't think he will be as cautious as Dak.

I would have expected to see Westbrook with this group of receivers.

Why would he have done that?

Dede Westbrook is not among the top receivers in this draft, mainly because of his off the field stuff. Might get drafted later than anyone thinks, or not even at all.

I guess I wasn't aware of his off the field stuff. I was going by his status among post season honors and Hiesman nomination. Granted that doesn't necesseraly translate to the pros but he seemed to be toward the top college receivers.
