The Redskins have arguably the least talented roster in the league. They might not have 10 legitimate starting caliber players on the entire roster, including guys who are injured.
Montez Sweat made his first Pro Bowl for the Bears though, so that's something.

The best part is that this staff was their 2013 staff. It was there when Mike Shanahan was the HC.
Who they fired after 2013 for JAY GRUDEN!!
They could have just promoted any of these guys.
So it's not like they all got away over time while they kept a former SB winner in Mike Shanahan. Nope, they fired Shanahan after this season and let all those names get away!
