Unfortunately, I think he was talking about direction from player leadership, not the coaches. The last few weeks he has been saying that player leaders (including himself) have not been leading.

You will not take this from me, DFDC. In my mind DLaw was calling out Garrett.

I'm honestly surprised that Garrett has not had issues with his staff over the years considering how often he has deflected blame or thrown them under the bus.

Imagine if his assistants over the years had returned the favor? How many countless opportunities have there been to throw him under the bus for losing games, making head-scratching challenges, and failing at making the right decisions in the most simple and common football scenarios?

if by some chance he actually does get another opportunity to be the head coach somewhere else, I cannot see why anybody would want to join him there.

What happens if the Eagles and Cowboys both lose next week? Sudden death?

Eagles win the division because they're presently one game up.

Yeah, he's gone. People have battered wives syndrome.

A little sad, but funny just the same.
Can you blame us? I mean, we are Cowboys fans. Jerry has beaten us for years. Kinda hard not to expect the worse with that jackass.

I think he probably has. Remember his getting into it with Callahan, and Callahan supposedly calling him a bitch to his face? :towel

And I still can't believe on All or Nothing when he had the nerve to dress down all the assistants and tell them if they werent' 100% on board with Jason Garrett and his message they could get out. One, that probably means some coaches did have issues with him. Two, what an arrogant ass for one of the least loyal people anywhere to accuse others of not being loyal to him.

I just think because this is just such a tight fraternity and coaches don't want to hurt future job prospects, they keep these conflicts to themselves.

Perhaps we dodged a bullet by losing.

In all likelihood, it would have been Seattle coming to Dallas. They just lost LT Duane Brown and their top three backs (Chris Carson, Rashaad Penny and C.J. Prosise) for the season. That might have meant a winnable game and a possible job-saving appearance for the cockroach coach in the divisional round.
since when do the Cowboys take advantage of injured teams?

I was told Philly was a mash unit and the Cowboys would blow them out

having said that, lets take no chances and just lose to the skins and close this disaster of a season and decade with Garrett

“In terms of the personnel group to have that be a 12 personnel play, that would be Kellen’s decision. That’s a play that we liked in that situation for the variety of coverages that they were going to play. We felt like we had good answers with that. In regards to the receiver rotation Sanjay Lal and... it’s just the communication during those on-the-ball drives. Sometimes those guys work the rotation different ways based on the routes they run and plays they’ve run and all of that.”

This should be a red flag to any team that thinks about hiring this complete asshole.
smh, this guy...
