I don't know man, this guy has a good point. If they have evidence they need to get the ball rolling
The ball is rolling. They have like 17 court cases pending. Why would they present evidence to the public before it is heard by the court? What good does that do them? It's not going to change anything real. The courts will have to decide this, not the public. The only thing the public (media) will do is hurt them if they present it early to the public.

I would love him to win too bro but from what I understand all the court cases so far don't actually accuse fraud and are pretty toothless. I'm saying they need to present at least something to the court to get a continuance before the results are certified

Yeah I’m thinking that the overall plan is actually a fishing game moreso than proven allegations. I actually agree that there is likely voter fraud but I don’t think at this time it is anymore than allegations. There needs to be something that clearly shows election fraud with indictments from the DOJ and identified witnesses with irrefutable proof and an indictment by the justice Department.

The crazy part is, how do they expect that level of proof in such a short time frame? Realistically investigations take far more time than a few weeks.

That’s correct because a lot of documentation needed has to be subpoenaed and then the stall tactics set in.

Should they be judge shopping then to find one who will delay certification? Honestly want to know what the board lawyers think they should be doing

How do we know what has been presented to the courts or not? I think Trump has a very small chance of overturning, but to say that they should go public with their evidence is short sighted.

How?

Seems like trying to dismiss sound evidence would blow up in the medias face not the latter
Dude, have you paid attention to the media at all over the last 10 years? They didn't even cover the press conference that happened just yesterday. Hell, look what they did in the Hunter Biden discoveries? Not a god damn peep. You think they won't ignore solid evidence? :lol

Actually no I haven't. Having dipped my toe into the waters of media & political insanity the last few months, I realize how glorious my blissful ignorance was and I miss it

I was asking how it would hurt them in response to this statement:

The only thing the public (media) will do is hurt them if they present it early to the public.
IIUC, you're claiming the media would ignore anything they made public so it would neither help or hurt them because it would simply be ignored. There are forums where this evidence could be made available to folks who genuinely would like to know what evidence they have for the case they plan to make and I would like to see that made public ASAP.

I also believe people who are reasonable from all sides as well as those already on their side would like to see their evidence as well.

I'm not trying to argue with you or play gotcha amigo, I just honestly fail to see any downside to disclosing strong evidence, if they have it. Time is of the essence, as I said before, Shit or get off the pot.

At this point, I'm leaning toward they dont have and maybe never will overwhelming evidence to prove their case and if so, all this appears to be unnecessary grandstanding which will probably hurt the Republican Party more than anyone else

No, I'm saying they would run a massive disinformation campaign to make people think it isn't true before the courts even see it. And, I'm not sure if you know but the courts are corrupt, too, and the sway of public opinion could mess with how they judge on said matters because they want to be re-elected.

Very well may be true. I just want to see it played out. As every single fucking American should. If there is corruption in our election process we need to fix that shit. NOW!

I agree but imo they must have SOLID evidence. I would say they should have fixed many things prior to the election as I suspect many of the issues that need to be fixed were apparent at past elections but politicians gonna do what politicians do so here we are crisis managing with likely no improvements to follow.

Given the volume of votes, I think its safe to say all elections have errors & probably some fraud (hopefully minuscule by rogue individuals effecting but a few votes). The hope is they are negligible and not enough to sway the outcomes

I did see something interesting the other day, the vote difference between all the swing states for Trump/Biden is less than the difference Stacy Abrams lost by yet media still gives her claims credence

If Biden gets confirmed, then he will be my president, as I have said multiple times, but I am way more concerned about our election integrity than 4 years under that fool. We can survive 4 years of him. We cannot survive elections being decided by counter not voters. We will lose our country if we go down that road.

I'm just glad I bought all those thousands of rounds and AR's even tho I lose them in a boating accident right before Biden is inaugurated
