This is absolutely correct and just is a reminder for how ridiculously retarded they were for creating this situation in the first place.
It is entirely clear that Prescott is not a QB that can elevate the talents that are Noah Brown, Schultz and even Gallup.

So he needs not just one alpha, but two since Lamb is not really an alpha. Or something.

I don't care if the line is currently at 6. I still think the Eagles have a very good chance of winning this game.

Minshew's no scrub. And this Cowboys team damn near got beat at home by a talent starved Texans team that was led by Jeff Driskell & Davis Mills.

So yeah, I'm still very concerned about this game.

IDK.

In previous years Schultz has put up good numbers with Dak.

As for Brown, IDK if Mahomes could elevate that dude. He's too inconsistent.

That said, I agree in general that Dak doesn't have the ability to elevate WRs, but he can elevate TEs, IMO.

I would say he has elevated those talents. Not sure Schiltz and Noah Brown put up these stats for anyone else. But you can only elevate those guys so far. Our system doesn't do them any favors either. These guys aren't getting help from rub routes and schemes. So instead they have to beat their guys consistently and when they do they have to catch the ball. The only guy doing that is Lamb.

All good points.

The only thing I'd counter that with is we didn't have our "A" game against Houston (or GB, TB, or Jacksonville for that matter).

I think if we bring our A game against the eagles we win. Hurts or not.

Will we bring our A game though, remains to be seen.

Dallas still loses, even with that hippy piece of shit at QB.
As much as I bitch about these clowns, I don’t see the Eagles beating them in Dallas with hippie boy running the show.
And by some fluke the Eagles win, it makes the rest of season easy as I’ll simply move on to CF and CB. There won’t be any need to watch the Cowboys anymore this season.

Noah Brown had 3 catches a game under Cooper Rush and about 3.5 under Dak. Not much difference especially considering we passed less under Rush.

If we want to go that direction look at the turn around for Schultz. I'd say Brown is about maxed out. The guy is a total scrub and just caught 6 passes and 2 TDs. And yet cost us the game with his drop.

It’s more the fact Dak doesn’t throw his WRs open, so with that he needs a guy-oddly enough-like Amari, who could get himself open so that Dak could more easily throw him the ball. Lamb gets open a little easier, but he’s no Amari. Brown and Gallup aren’t going to run themselves open. Ever.
Ultimately this all falls on the Goof Twats…playing a GM on TV eventually catches up with you at some point. Expecting Dak to have consistency depending on a washed up Washington, a guy coming off a major knee injury, a rookie draft choice and a schlub in Brown is no way to set your team up for success. A real GM realizes that. But we have Jerry.

It's frustrating because some games Dak will hit his three steps and fire like he's supposed to, but then others he's patting the ball and is unsure about throwing...just terribly inconsistent and doesn't inspire much hope for a playoff run where you'd need 3 solid games in a row.

The way this team has looked the least two weeks and at other points this season, it makes perfect sense to be concerned.

Theirs is the offense that kills the Quinn model.

I think Dak is one of the top QBs in the NFL this year for tight window completions. Throwing them open or not, he is completing a lot of passes into very tight coverage. Probably because he has too. In the long run that may help him because once we get better receivers it will become really easy for him. But we definitely need to get better at receiver than Noah Brown. Gallup I'll give time, those injuries can take a year before you get all your explosion back.
