A few years? Try the next decade. You draft Yankey and you can literally say the OL is set for a few years.

If they are healthy, but not all would get 2nd contracts.A few years? Try the next decade.
Parcells called it the “Planet Theory” – i.e. there are only so many men on the planet big and skilled enough to play 2-gap defensive line techniques in the N.F.L.What do you guys think about that mountain of a DT from Tennesse, McCullers? I think he's something like 6'7" 350 or something like that.
Leon Lett was tall. Think we'd be interested in a guy like that?
True. You draft Yankey and you can literally say the OL is set for a few years.
Jones could be interesting.I would've been happy with DaQuan Jones, Justin Ellis, Kelcy Quarles or Caraun Reid in the 3rd, if we can get one of them in the 4th it will almost wash away any anger from trading away that 3rd. If we are within 5 or so slots of our pick and only 1 of those 4 is still available, I'd definitely start looking to trade up with those 7th's.
Agree. This next pick will really go a long ways in shaping this draft. We need another starting quality DL, so if there are starting quality players on the board and we choose to take a developmental player or "STs" ace-- we FAIL.I would've been happy with DaQuan Jones, Justin Ellis, Kelcy Quarles or Caraun Reid in the 3rd, if we can get one of them in the 4th it will almost wash away any anger from trading away that 3rd. If we somehow ended up with Daquan Jones/Kelcy Quarles, and Dion Bailey and David Yankey this draft would be a big win. Still need LB help but we would be in much better shape.I'd go out of my way to manufacture picks to land 3 or 4 of these guys:
DT Daquan Jones
DT Kelcy Quarles
S Dion Bailey
S/LB Telvin Smith
DE Jackson Jeffcoat
LB Christian Jones

Yeah, I expect today we'll see us draft the obscure projects they fell in love with early. We also tend to use the 4th/5th on our experiments instead of looking for steals who have fallen. All I know is our 4th will likely be projected to play ST's.Guarantee we start drafting our obscure small school secondary players now. Looking like a two player draft. Good thing we don't have a lot of holes on this team...
Yeah, we still need to be looking for, and finding, core starting prospects at key positions such as DE, DT, LB, and WR.Guarantee we start drafting our obscure small school secondary players now. Looking like a two player draft. Good thing we don't have a lot of
holes on this team...
