Two different positions. And they already said they weren't moving Lee. And I think Mosley is over rated anyway.
Actually they just said on the Ticket that Shazier might have played the middle, with Lee on the weak, and Carter on the strong. There were some rumblings at Valley Ranch to that effect.

Which makes it even dumber if we had Shazier over Mosley.

Nice play by Minnesota. They obviously feared Houston would select him at 33.

Think I'd try and trade back a few and select Garopollo now if I'm the Texans

It's nice to finish a draft day not wanting to punch yourself unconscious.

I could get used to this.

15 picks before us.

7 DLs I'd like.

We'll see.
There are other D-lineman I like but probably not in the second round. Guys like Quarles, Sutton and Jeffcoat but I think all three are a little high for our second round pick.

Yeah, Shazier has to project to the weak side. No way he could hold up in the middle.

Let's wait until tomorrow is over before we get that loving feeling.

Off to a good start, though, no doubt.

Guy can't take on a block to save his life. He also is slow to react. This is a workout warrior that teams were hoping they could coach up. I just don't see it. If it takes a player that long to realize where a play is going, then he just doesn't have the instincts to succeed.

I'd be very concerned with the instincts of anyone who thought it was a good idea to shave their eyebrows.

They were adamant that Lee was not moving.

Cowboys pick came down to four players: Barr, Donald, Shazier and Martin. Martin was last guy standing. That's who they took. #DALpick

Here's a thought.

If Brian Waters wants to return..... do you kick Martin out to tackle right away? Is that your best 5?

Tyron Smith
Ron Leary
Travis Frederick
Brian Waters
Zack Martin
