People would be forced to give up their old insurance because there would be no logic behind paying for both.

I think most likely you'd see higher fees and copays in a public system, so you'd see people stick with their old insurance or buy supplemental insurance.

It seems like countries that have public healthcare combat this with long waiting periods and/or outright refusals of service. Which I find abhorrent.

Flipping around after the golf and came across Bernie on 60 Minutes. I hate that show, but it only took about 90 seconds to see that Cooper is basically calling him out for his plans being completely untenable. Funny how you can immediately tell when an interviewer has an agenda. It's not just when it's Trump.

I know Pubs like to bash the Dems for denying Bernie, but they don't want him for good reasons. He's batshit and his ideas would never, ever work. Kids are too naive to realize it, but the adults do.
