My guess is they are both fake and reenactment photos. I doubt anyone was taking a picture while it was going on. Shit in 1990 we didn't even have cellphones to take pictures with. So it would have to be a video or someone busted out an oldeschool camera to take a picture while it was going on. I doubt either.
