Cowboys Cuts/Practice Squad 2024

Figured Lawson was just a matter of time, I'm sure he'll make it to the regular roster a few times this year.

My guess is he just isn't in shape yet. I won't be surprised if he is promoted to the roster full time eventually. It's hard to roll out of bed and be ready for the NFL season.

That sucks. Not saying he was Vince Wilfork, but he might could have turned into something with development.

This is the kind of guy where being stubborn on keeping Lance can hurt us.

I could list more than just Lance of guys I wouldn't care if we lost. I'll start with CJ Goodwin, Andrew Boothe, and Span-Ford.

Hell I don't like Waletzko but I see the need for a fourth tackle on the roster. And I think Span-Ford has some potential but I don't really think he did anything to earn that spot as an undrafted guy.

Did they get a new guy in pro personnel that is doing all this churning? This is quite out of character.

They don't know the players?

I think the Amani signing might be a good depth piece. He’s done something in the league.

The Spagnola Principle still applies.

I am more interested in how they are at least looking at the expansion of the PS as a benefit and are using veteran talent to plug holes. It may be the wrong players, but it is different approach. There was a time we would carry complete clowns on the PS year over year.
