I'd unwrap it ti finish it, if it stalls on pork butt I just crank up the temp on the smoker to get past it
Normally I agree, but I think he runs the risk of drying it out at this point.

Dude, he is past that point. He isn't getting bark at this point. So, my point was, he shouldn't worry about bark at this point. He isn't getting any, so why worry about it?

I would unwrap and cook at 225, why not get as much smoke to the outside as you can?

It has been pretty consistent at 225.
The one correct thing iamtdg mentioned was to crank the heat if you want to avoid the stall, but it needs to be bare on the smoke.

I said he should have kept it unwrapped from the beginning. But, he was worried about bark 5 hours in. I gave the best advice I had at 5 hours.
