Buffalo is a guaranteed loss late in December on the road with Buffalo likely desperately needing it.

Chargers are probably a 50/50 tossup, we need Daniels to come back and win a pointless game just for the hell of it.

I've been saying it ever since he entered the draft. Before he was selected by us. They guy will never be a lead back. But he is a hammer with a little wiggle. And can catch the ball. He is surprisingly good in open space. Give him the ball 3-4 times a game. Maybe more if he has a hot hand. You won't be disappointed.

I don't think Thomas is necessarily better than Guyton because he definitely got beat up a few times, but the fact that he isn't constantly shooting himself in the dick with penalties gives him a leg up for me.

Also think he's better in the run game.

I actually think he would be much more effective in those TE screens we run that never go anywhere than the actual TEs on the team.

Like you said, he's got some wiggle to him and a solid initial burst whereas Ferg has zero acceleration and never ever makes the first guy miss.

Just give the dude a shot already.

Who is being sucked? I see people talking about how strong our offense is. About needing to resign Pickens. I see people talking about the improvement on defense since Quinnen Williams showed up and cutting some dead weight from the D. I see people talking about how our defense still needs a lot of improvement. Especially at LBer and the DBs.

Define sucked? I mean Romo was hollering about the team winning out during the Chiefs game. Is that getting sucked? Or are people claiming Superbowl now? That's definitely getting sucked.

But do I think we have a legit shot at the playoffs? Yes, it will be one of these seasons where we will be right around the line of making or not making the playoffs.

I just watched a Dallas reporter claim that beating the eagles and Chiefs is the best two game stretch of the Dak Prescott era. That's not remotely true but that's pretty much getting sucked to say something like that.

Getting sucked generally means I think believing the team can do something more than what we would have previously thought. That could mean playoffs or super bowl or maybe even compete for the playoffs, whatever the case may be.

It's sort of like the word hyperbole in that it's an exaggerated sense of what's possible. I think that's what people mean by getting sucked.

So yes I think Romo saying they could win out is getting sucked. Not that it couldn't happen but it's probably exaggerated compared to reality.

I thought they could go 4-1 in this last stretch before the KC game and obviously still think that. The only difference now is 4-1 pute them at 10-6-1 with a shot at the playoffs while with a loss to KC they would've been 9-7-1 with almost no shot.

Going 5-0 seems very unlikely but if they can pull out the Lions game, maybe.

I don't think anything more than one playoff win is realistic though, my main focus is on seeing the defense continue to improve and show signs of being a unit that could be good enough to make a big run next year with some additions.

I think Nuttzy is just messing with sheik claiming everyone was being sucked after the Raiders game.

Getting sucked generally means I think believing the team can do something more than what we would have previously thought.

I mean then everyone is probably a little sucked. I doubt at any point anyone really thought we would beat the Eagles and Chiefs in back to back weeks. But beating Detroit on top of that would probably have some people hard core sucked in.

I'll take the Eagles falling to pieces and us winning the NFC East somehow as my Superbowl this year. We aren't going to go on that type of run and then also win more than one playoff game.

I think people are being overly reactive towards Turd. We’ve seen him do it before. Seen him display some athleticism. But for some reason, the vast majority of his routes are of the short dump off variety. The last couple games, we’ve seen him being used deeper down the seam. Saw it a couple times against the chiefs where he made some nice catches. Hopefully it continues.
