Watching some of this Jets-Giants game, and it's hard to tell because they're playing their starters, but can we beat the Giants? They at least look like a functional football team.

As much as I know we haven't seen our real team yet, I'm not sure.

If we can't, it'll be a coaching issue.

If we can't consistently beat a team led by Russell Wilson then we need to just quit, fuck the season, bail and take the picks in 2026.

I still don't get what happened to him. I know he's declined, but I don't know exactly why or how. Didn't see him at Denver much.

He just fell off a cliff. Maybe a Seattle fan saw more signs in the years prior but to the rest of us thats what it feels like.

I guess it's just luck,, but the short times I see him he still looks pretty good. I guess he does throw some bad INTs, that seems to be the worst thing he's developed.

Anyway, watching a little more of this game, Dart does look pretty good. Not asking him to do too much, but what they are he's doing it pretty well. I wondered if maybe we should trade down and take a shot on him. I think he's a humongous douchebag, but he might be halfway decent.

I think his 'elite' status over a period of 2-3 years was a product of careful coaching, great running game, solid WR's, and elite defense allowing Russ to make the right decision 8 times out of 10 and rarely over-extend.

When you have a situation like that you don't need superior talent to succeed.

This sucks. I was about ready to ditch Hulu permanently but this makes me pause.

Our local Fox wasn't on DirecTV most of last year. I couldn't believe they'd do that during football season... no telling how many subscribers they lost due to that. Had to put a decent antenna in my mom and dad's attic so they could watch the Cowboys.

yeah my parents havent had local fox on direct tv in at least 2 years. Luckily they are close enough for my dad to have put up an antenna and get the games. (Northeast texas area)
