Gore's longevity and sustainability is elite. And to some extent longevity is a factor. I mean no one is knocking on the door for Demarco Murray who had essentially one insanely good season. So everyone considers longevity and sustainability to some extent. You need some of it to really get in the HOF. But if that's the majority of your argument from my perspective that's not enough.

Either way, you brought Monk into it, not me. My point is that Monk has other arguments in his favor. I have yet to see another compelling argument for Gore other than his career yards.
