Without even looking at his snap counts, it really feels to me like we need someone to take some of the load off his shoulders. As physical as he runs, I don't know if he can keep this up all year without getting beat to death.

As long as it isn't Sanders. Really hoping they aren't too stubborn sticking with him.

He's about at 16 carries a game but yeah, I'm all for finding someone who could share the load, I just don't think they're on the roster.

Yeah I think Blue needs more carries. The sample size is extremely small right now. And I'd really like to see him get involved in the passing game.

The good news is Blue didn't blow the blitz pickup. I'm sure that was the top concern.

And there is always Mafah. All I know is Sanders isn't it.

If he ends up around 270 carries that's not bad at all, I feel like what they're doing with him is sustainable enough.

He's not on pace for 400 regular season touches like Barkley was last year, or like Elliott was during some of those ridiculous Garrett years

Dak played in an era where passing just kept getting more and more prolific and also had better offensive talent for most of the time. And also had the better coach in McCarthy.
