There always needs to be an extended buffer period between hiring respectable coaches.

The only hope we have is that the old bastard finally croaks and that Stephen isn't as hell bent on controlling the HC and actually goes out and tries to get a respectable guy.

The personnel isn't so bad that they should be the absolute worst in the league by a mile.

I'm wondering when enough is enough for these jokers, is it if they let the Jets and Panthers both roll up 400-500 yards and 30-40 points?

If every opponent between now and the bye puts up 30+?

You could start seeing little glimpses of defensive improvement around the bye week last year, which I think was in October sometime, if we don't at least start seeing that within the next 2-3 weeks I think you have to get rid of this joker and some of his crew of flunky position coaches.
