I don't remember when he got hurt either. I do remember someone putting him on his ass rather embarrassingly.

I remembered that being earlier in the game, though. Am I wrong? I doubt he could finish the game with that injury.

It might be better but Wilson will still get raped. Diggs will need safety help on basically every play. Bland is great in zone or man. But I kind of feel like Revel is a press man kind of corner with elite speed. Putting him in some bullshit zone is a bad idea too. So it may get better but we still will get picked on because of the dumbass scheme.

Safety is a huge concern when you go to this fucking zone shit. And hey, we ain’t got that so we chase that, coach gets fired or leaves, bad fits abound. We indulged Quinn and rightfully so, but what now, we go zone corner until Eberflus gets canned? It is an endless cycle to how we do things.

But the truth is the guy has no instincts for zone coverage, lacks any sort of makeup speed and is a liability.

These guys are so muscled up and twitched up, makes it really easy to pull something or hurt something. That's just my opinion anyway. Plus guys are just bigger and faster so the impacts are much harder and the guys falling on each other are much worse.

I think it's because they don't hit in camp anymore.

Bob Lilly talked about how their team doctor told him that there was actually a difference in bone size after weeks of hitting in camp. When he did a surgery later in camp vs earlier he could see that players' bones actually got thicker as they hit more.
