As an OU fan I'm required by federal law to hate on all things Longhorns, but it really is a shame that Arch is going to get ridiculed over the next week all because the national media decided to prematurely crown him and shove him down everyone's throat the last 2 years.

He's making millions though, so I don't feel THAT sorry for him.

Yeah, it was crazy to watch some of those talking heads absolutely gush over him for performances against dregs.

The arm talent is clear to see, but the guy only had 2 starts under his belt coming into this season they went overboard with the hype because he's still largely an unknown.

When he started making nice throws there on those last 2 drives I thought his confidence was gonna grow and he was gonna tie the game, but he missed 2 pretty easy throws on that last series that should have extended the drive.
