Personally, I thought it was a fantastic gameplan.

Bro you don't know how pissed I was watching that game.

If you remember, Dillon Gabriel missed the game due to a concussion, so OU's brain trust decided to just throw in the towel before the game even started.

They were out there trying to run the wildcat and throwing nothing but short passes. I don't think they had a single pass attempt that traveled more than 10 air yards that entire day.

OU has posted some embarrassing efforts over the years, but IMO, that was by far the most cowardly display of coaching I've ever witnessed.

Great recruiting class. But, we will see how it works out.

The thing I hate about recruiting now is that most of these commitments mean squat until you're inside 90 days from the start of the season.

Under the current landscape you have to cross your fingers and hope that another school doesn't swoop in with a larger financial package. Plus the transfer windows are too wide.

If you practice with a team all spring..... are exposed to their playbooks, schemes, hand signals, etc., you shouldn't be able to transfer to a new team in May just because you don't like your standing on the depth chart.

But that's what's happening in CFB now.
