Not that anybody is going to do better, nor is it about salvaging a season that was doomed back in the spring, but this team is such a disaster that you can't keep McCarthy for another day.

Even if all you're doing is sending a message to younger players, you've got to do something here because it's only going to get worse.

This team looks lost, unprepared, and undisciplined.
