Whata dumb concept that was in the draft. Like every RB we look at and go, is he better than Rico. As though teams only need one RB. What they should have done is said are they better than Zeke. And every answer through the seventh round should have been an easy yes.

We didn't draft on the idea of, is he better than Lawrence? Is he better than Lamb. Is he better than Lewis/Diggs/Bland. So why do we refuse to draft a RB because they aren't clearly more talented than Dowdle (obviously some where).

I honestly think they went into that draft thinking they would bring him back.

They did, we heard rumors right before the draft that if they didn't take one he was resigning. And I think that was the reason we never drafted one. Jerry wanted his butt buddy back. So did Dak.
