I mean it says you can't move until the ball physically hits the ground. If that's true, then is it a false start?Are you not a fan? I thought it was a pretty good way to keep the kickoff but limit the big collisions.

I like the idea of it, but I hate giving refs more subjectivity on plays.
And I'm sure the league will have no problem with that, because it will help offenses. They've already said last year's decline was a concern.

I think this is more like how the kickoff cover team is ruled, though where they can move an arm or twitch... they just can't cross the line.
