An officer who gets suspended 6 times shouldn't be an officer anymore. That's how people get killed and riots start. But you know the Police Union protects these guys.

Point is, these cops were in charge of this situation and handled it badly. Which is why it won’t end well for them, although they probably won’t be fired.
